No CrossFit experience? You’re not even sure where to begin? Start here!!
Whatever your current fitness ability or understanding, we will use these 4 one on one session to teach you the basics that you need to get started in CrossFit classes. Your coach will spend the majority of each session with you going over the points of performance of various foundational movements. At the end of each of the sessions, you will get to do a short workout and that will give you a taste of our fun and unconventional training style.
You can expect to come away from this knowing more about yourself, your current capabilities, and eager to start your CrossFit journey! With this baseline course under your belt we can help you to establish health and fitness goals and create a path to get you there.
