Iteration Nutrition Coaching will evaluate your specific needs and goals, to create an individual plan based on macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats). Flexible dieting will be used to get in a diet of mostly nutrient dense, whole foods, allowing for some flexibility to eat a treat for special occasions. To accomplish your desired results you will need to be highly motivated, committed, and consistent- planning ahead and enjoying foods as fuel for your body.
