You can’t out train a bad diet! If you are looking to clean up your diet, improve your body composition or athletic performance, or just feel more in control of your overall health, Nutrition Coaching can benefit you! I’ll help you to learn what types of foods you should be eating, educate you on macros, and enable you to balance your diet. Your plan is customized to your goals and your needs, to fit your life!

1:1 NUTRITION COACHING-MACROS

What can you expect?

Iteration Nutrition Coaching will evaluate your specific needs and goals, to create an individual plan based on macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats). Flexible dieting will be used to get in a diet of mostly nutrient dense, whole foods, allowing for some flexibility to eat a treat for special occasions. To accomplish your desired results you will need to be highly motivated, committed, and consistent- planning ahead and enjoying foods as fuel for your body.

Option 1: On-Going Nutrition Coaching

(3 month minimum commitment)

If you are ready to achieve your goals and commit to this lifestyle, you can expect the following:

  • Intake Process // Goal setting
  • Analysis of your information- initial phone call to discuss
  • Macro plan and on-going adjustments, as needed
  • Tools provided, as needed, to help you plan and be successful; such as:
    • Iteration Nutrition – Introductory Guide
    • Meal Planning Guide
    • Grocery List
    • Recipes
  • Weekly e-mail check ins on set day
  • Bi-weekly progress pictures and measurements (+weight)
  • Daily tracking/planning of food intake in an app
  • Weighing and measuring foods- use of a food scale
  • Meal Prepping
  • On-going Accountability and Motivation
  • Access to me for questions through e-mail or text.
Option 2: One-Time Nutrition Consultation

If you are not sure if flexible dieting is for you, this option will give you a taste of the program and allow you to become more educated on nutrition and the quality and quantity of food you are putting into your body.

This one month consultation consists of:

  • Intake process // Analyzing your needs
  • Phone call to discuss you recommendations
  • Macros plan and tools to help you get on the right track.
  • Iteration Nutrition – Introductory Guide
  • Meal Planning Guide
  • Grocery List
  • Other resources, as needed
  • 3 E-mail check ins (1/week after initial call)
  • Guidance for 4 weeks as you navigate the guidelines I have provided you.
