CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning through daily workouts that are constantly varied and are sure to push you to your limits. We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you.
This 1:1 course is designed to familiarize beginners with all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workout. You will learn each movement in detail and at your own pace. The 1:1 time with a coach allows you to get comfortable with each skill and gives your coach the opportunity to learn about you. Fundamentals is for anyone of any fitness level. Completion of this course is a pre-prequisite to joining CrossFit classes for anyone with no prior CF Training experience.
Kid’s Fit creates a positive relationship with exercise and fitness in our youth. We teach these young athletes to move correctly, improve coordination, and have fun. Your child will gain body awareness, physical strength, and mindfulness, while learning new skills and proper body mechanics.

Our coaches work closely with you to evaluate your current skill set, establish your goals, and create personalized programming to attack your weaknesses, advance your strengths, and crush your goals!
ReBoot is an unconventional fast paced class that will take you through a series of fun but challenging interval and circuit workouts. Two classes are never the same- we utilize bodyweight movements, running, rowing, kettlebells, wall balls, sand bags, tires, ropes- just to name a few- to keep you physically challenged and mentally engaged. These workouts will burn fat, increase muscle tone, improve health, and increase balance/coordination.
