Morgan graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2017 with a B.S. in Physical Activity and Fitness Management. She obtained her CF Level-1 Certification while interning at CrossFit Recreate in 2017. In addition to this Morgan has pursued the Attitude Nation Olympic Lifting Certification, ACE Certified Personal Trainer cert, and most recently achieved her USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach Certification.

She grew up playing numerous sports and played Lacrosse at SRU. Morgan grew a love for health and fitness while she was a student athlete in college. She started doing CrossFit workouts as off-season training in 2014 with the Haller’s.

After graduation, she moved out of state to coach lacrosse at the collegiate level, while also coaching at the local CrossFit box, emphasizing in Olympic Lifting. Morgan later worked in personal training/ group fitness from 2018-2020 in Florida. Her journey came full circle when she returned to CrossFit Recreate!

Morgan loves spending her free time outdoors mountain biking, kayaking, or hiking. Being able to translate her functional fitness in the gym to outdoor activities is what fuels her motivation. She also loves that by going to CrossFit classes it gives her the sense of team that athletics provided as a kid/ young adult.
