This month brought us 8 Committed Club members. Commitment is the glue that bonds you to your goals. Looking at this list, you all have set (multiple) PRs recently. This is no doubt a result of your commitment to showing up and putting in the work, day in and day out. Not just at the gym, but in other decisions you make that effect your health like nutrition, mobility, and recovery. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!
