Fast40 is in place for those people who are trying to fit in a workout during their lunch hour.
This Class Starts promptly at 12:10 and ends Promptly at 12:50. In this cardio based class you will use C2 rowers, C2 skiers, Echo bikes, running, jump ropes, and sleds ,along with some basic DB and KB movements to get the body moving for an effective 20-30 minute workout. With a 10 minute warm up, and time based workouts, we will make the most out of your lunch hour with this Fast 40 minute workout.
This is a great introductory class for beginners and is fit to benefit all types of athletes.
