Complete Customization

Your program will begin with an assessment of your current physical capabilities, history and goals. The assessment phase may take one or several sessions during which your coach will evaluate:

  • Movement Patterns
  • Range of Motion
  • Strength Levels
  • Structural Balance
  • Any Limitations
Expert Coaching

Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program that targets your specific needs. Goals could include (but are not limited) to things like:

  • Body Composition – i.e. Fat Loss, Muscle Mass
  • Strength Development
  • Injury Rehab / Prevention
  • Skill Development
  • Mobility and Range of Motion
  • Sport Specific Training
  • General Physical Fitness
  • Expert Coaching

Our mission is to help you achieve your goals. Your training session will be customized by your coach with these goals in mind. You coach will ensure you are performing movements as safely and effectively as possible, improving your skill set, and transforming your body.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is typically one on one, but we can add 1-2 other people if you have a family member or friend interested in training with you.
