It was a fantastic inaugural year for the Committed Club! You all finished the year strong with 14 members earning their spot with 17+ class check ins. We applaud you for your dedication. Consistency is the key to your fitness goals. As we go into 2019, I know many of you have goals for X number of classes each week. Choosing a goal of 4 per week, plus sneaking one more attendance in there in the month will easily earn you your spot in the monthly Committed Club. Besides the satisfaction of achieving CC, showing up regularly will allow you the time to work towards your goals, be it getting a pull up, connecting toes to bar, a faster mile, or a heavier lift. Create solid healthy habits and you will get the results you seek. We look forward to continuing to build this positive community of like minded individuals with all of you! Cheers to 2019 and crushing all of your goals!
