We thank all of you for being committed to your health and fitness! Even on days where you don’t feel 100%, showing up and having a “bad workout” is better than not showing up at all. You leave with a sense of accomplishment and usually feeling better and more energized than when you arrived. Kudos to everyone who made the committed club this month (17+ check ins)!
